To launch APEX at your workstation (PC/Mac), double-click on your browser icon located on the desktop of your computer. APEX is accessible via Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla or any other internet browser. |
| If your System Administrator has configured APEX as your default HTML page, you will be able to connect straight to APEX's default page. Otherwise : |
| i) | look for the APEX shortcut in your browser’s Favourites or Bookmarks menu, |
| ii) | type in the URL address e.g. www.mycompany.com.sg/apex |
| iii) | type in the IP Address e.g. 81.52.241.100 |

APEX depends on the capability of the Browser to perform all the various actions. We have received reports from several users that after updating their Internet Explorer, sometimes certain standard Browser functions don't work well, not just for APEX but for other websites. |
