14) TimeSheets - New

The Timesheet Entry form is used for creating new timesheet record. This is used to record your time spent in performing your duty.





i)

Fields with Orange Dots are compulsory.

ii)

Make sure that you have selected the correct date to which your timesheet will be recorded. This date selection is done at the Timesheet Summary Table (via Timesheet Calendar).

iii)

From the Event Type, specify the correct entry. If this time spent is related to certain Job/Project, select the Project Number from the drop-down list.

iv)

The "*Project" icon next to the Project field provides a Project Reference list.

v)

Once the Project Stage, Taskname and Hours fields specified, click on "Add To TimeSheet" button when done. If you are editing mode, click on the "Save" button instead.

vii)

The total hours recorded for a work day has to be at least equal to the minimum working hours set by the office management. This total hours is the summation of all your timesheet entries for a particular date.
